The Scott County Jail is a correctional facility in Waldron, Arkansas. This county jail serves as a minimum security institution for various inmates. Over the past couple of decades, Scott County Jail has been the primary correctional facility in the city of Waldron and the rest of the county.
Scott County Jail has been in existence for nearly forty years. The jail was first built in Waldron, Arkansas to serve as a correctional facility for residents who are convicted of minor crimes in the area. Over the last few decades, the jail has grown and expanded to become one of the most commonly used correctional institutions in this city and county of Arkansas.
