Each pod contains cells, common areas and an outside recreation court. Cells are generally occupied by two to three inmates. Commissary (the store within the jail) is usually held once a week and can be used by inmates to buy items if they have funds in their commissary account.

Visitation at the jail is subject to rules and schedule, both of which can change, so please check with the jail before planning a visit. All visits are conducted through a glass partition. Inmates are allowed two visitors per day. Inmates can receive money if sent according to state guidelines. Inmates can also receive mail. Incoming and outgoing mail are subject to inspection. Some acceptable items to mail include cards, letters and photos. As far as sending packages, they are subject to the prison administration.
