Carver Transitional Center is a high security prison which is managed and operated by state of Oklahoma. It falls under the jurisdiction of Oklahoma Department of Corrections. Q. What are the visitation rules of Carver Transitional Center?

One must be in approved visitors list to be able to visit the inmate in Carver Transitional Center. One must fill the Inmate Visitation Application form and submit it to the Prison authority. It can take up to 30 days for the application to be processed. Once the application is processed one can visit the inmate.
Any individual with valid government ID and who isn’t on felony probation is allowed to visit an inmate. Children below 18 years, must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
