Daviess/Dekalb County Regional Jail in Pattonsburg Missouri is one of the most effective correctional facilities in its division. The jail operates a corrections program that provides control, custody, and care for detained and released inmates in its county. Daviess/Dekalb County Reginal Jail is one of the first correctional facilities to establish a different concept into the rehabilitation of offenders in their county. It was established over ten years ago by joining surrounding counties together to create Missouris first Regional Jail. The facility was purchased for 3.5 million dollars and included 10 acres of space, vehicles, and operation costs. The jail also receives partial funding from renting out bed space to other agencies, and companies in it’s surrounding areas. The facility caters to 4 counties and 4 municipalities and is able to house and rehabilitate detainees of the surrounding Daviess and Dekalb counties.

There is a strict visitor apparel policy which insists that all visitors wear appropriate clothing while visiting loved ones. This policy consists of the following:

The jail is equipped with Kiosks which offer inmates hygiene products and food items for purchase. Additional Kiosks are designed for specific purposes for the care of the inmates that allow them to communicate with the administration and request essential inmate services such as medical attention.
