Inmate Visitation
The Bent County Jail will deny visitors for:
Contraband including but not limited to:
Cell Phones Lighters Tobacco Products Drug paraphernalia
The visitor is disruptive or dangerous.
Leaving Children unattended on Sheriff's Office Grounds.
The Inmate refuses the visit.
Visitors under the influence of Drugs and/or alcohol.
Refusal or failure to provide sufficient Identification (State ID or equivalent) or falsifying Identification.
Any inappropriate displays of affection or suggestive activity.
Inappropriately Dressed
Visitor has recent history of disruptive behavior at the Jail.
Other reasons for denying, terminating or suspending a visit as are reasonably necessary to preserve the safety, security and order of the Jail.
