Sending Money to an Inmate
There are four ways to send money to an inmate in the Arapahoe County Detention Facility. For each of these options you should be prepared with the inmate’s jail identification number or full name and date of birth, and for an automated phone deposit, you will need the Arapahoe County Detention Facility’s TouchPay Site ID # 280112.
Inmate Visitation
Video Visit with the 'Anywhere Visit' app
Instead of driving to the facility to speak to inmates through a video kiosk, you can now visit with them from virtually anywhere with internet access and a free app.
30-minute visits can be scheduled any day from 6:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. The Securus app is free to download. It cost $8.99 for people to visit remotely for 30 minutes with an inmate.
Schedule an appointment at the jail to talk to an inmate *UPDATE: All on-site visits are currently suspended due to COVID until further notice. We will update this website when visits are reinstated.
All visitors are required to register and schedule visits through the Securus website. All visitors must be pre-approved and must schedule appointments at least 48 hours in advance of the requested visit. Visits are free.
Inmate visits are allowed on Wednesday nights from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. The Detention Facility's schedule, safety and security are chief priority. Scheduled visitation appointments may be changed or cancelled at any time to accommodate the needs of the facility.
Directions and Parking
The Arapahoe County Sheriff's Office Detention Facility is located at 7375 South Potomac Street in Centennial. To get to the facility, take the Arapahoe Road exit from I-25 and go east for approximately 3.5 miles to Potomac Street. Take Potomac Street south for 3/4 of a mile. The visitor center is located on the east side of the main detention facility. All visitors will be required to park in the designated visitor parking lot. The main entrance of the visitor center is directly off of the parking lot.
Due to the number of visitors and limited space availability, special visits may not be accommodated.
